For the Love of Old

Glasses clinking, old vinyl music playing and the sound of laughter filled the second floor of 524 Broadway. With guys and gals dressed in bow-ties, funky hats, red lipstick and high-heels, everyone seemed to be in character. One could have mistaken this shindig for an old speakeasy. No password needed though, we were celebrating the launch of Rue Magazine's much anticipated third issue! Hosted at The New Traditionalist showroom in Soho, the talented editorial team and their many guests weaved through the vintage inspired loft amidst furniture designs that played off the theme, "traditional can be cool", all while not spilling a drop of Prosecco.

Launched in 2010, the online decorating magazine is stocked full of creative and inspiring new ideas. These girls have a love for design, know what's cool and know how to throw a good party. What a fabulous evening with The New Traditionalists and the Rue team, can't wait for the next one!
